We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2024, at the age of 90, Lois Gail Bjornsen of Forest City, Iowa, born in Radcliffe, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mandius Johnson and Austina Johnson (Tungesvik); her husband Kjell Svendly Bjornsen; her siblings, Ronald Johnson, Marcella Hauan (Ray) and Joan Jacobson (Edwin); and her siblings-in-law, Harlan Brandau, Lillain Alne (Solveig Lee) and Ruth Levang (Lavonne Pannkuk).
She is survived by: her sisters, Dorothy Zenker (Ralph), Sharon Fox (Freeman) and Linda Brandau; her nieces, Susan Meinecke of Forest City, Julie Pille (Joe) and Connie Kofron (Roger) of Leland; and her grandchildren, Amy Meinecke, Molly Lamoreux (Tyler), Kjellsi Meinecke, Katie Buckner (Jason), Meg Pille, Jennifer Espejo Vargas (Noel), Tessa Wubben, Brodie Wubben (Steph), Scot Kofron (Steph) and Stephanie Smith (Johnny). She is also survived by 22 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
