She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Willert and Emma Willert (Johnson); her spouse Vern R. Peterson; her siblings, Henry, Johnnie, Fred, Elmer, Carl Jr., Walt Willert, Pearl Alphs, Margaret Heitland, Mary Albers, Gladys Brekken and Agnes Thompson; and her son-in-law Keith Krull.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Krull of Mason City, IA, Doug Peterson (Donna) of Nashua, IA and Juanita Severson (Allen) of Fertile, IA; her grandchildren, Mike Krull (Carye), Julie Kenaga (Brian), Timothy Severson (Kim), Todd Severson (Katie) and James Severson (Andrea); her great grandchildren, Nathan Krull, Katie Krull, Josie Fritz, Dillon Kenaga, Landon Severson, Layne Severson, Hannah Severson and Harrison Severson; and her sister Emma Knapper of Lake Mills. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
