She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard P. Christner and Donna M. Christner (Maxam). She is survived by: her children, Mike Smith (Linda) of Forest City, Jodi Smith of Fertile, Liz Sagraves (Rob) of Washington, DC and Jeff Smith (Liz) of Forest City; her grandchildren, Megan Porter (Phil), Dylan Johnston, Matt Smith (Kayla) and Caleb Barker; her great grandchildren, Isaac and Hayden Porter; her sister Joey Moyer (Skeet) of Three Rivers; and her nephew Jim Moyer (Deb).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Frances Smith memorial fund in care of the family.
