He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Schoolcraft and Sarah Schoolcraft (Schlegel); his wife RoseMary Joblinske; his daughter Kimberly Ellquist; his son-in-law Jon West; and his sisters, Darlene Swartzrock (Harold), Doris Bettesworth (Ralph), Grace Gray (Clifford) and Verna Skillen (Glen).
He is survived by: his son-in-law Kerry Ellquist of Cedar Rapids, IA; his grandchildren, Matt Ellquist (Casandra), Drew Ellquist, Dominique Smith, Jasmine Smith, Ashley Phillips (Cole), Terence West (Natalie), Nikki, Seandell Carter Jr. and Kiara Carter; and his great grandchildren, Zakai, Alaycia, Chloe, Lucy, Rhea, Lyra, Dakota and Sean Jr.. He is also survived by many brother and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended relatives.
