He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Duane and Doris Higgins; his grandparents-in-law, Clarence, Arlene Sandry, Dennis and Norma Ungs; his cousin Nathan Higgins; and his pet Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his pet Arlo; his mother Michal Higgins of Leland; his parents-in-law, Jeannie and Jerry Sandry of Forest City; and his grandmother Arlis Higgins of Titonka. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to his wife Jenny in care of the family.
