He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilmer Haugen and Virgil Haugen (Andersen); and his sister Kay Hovland. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Haugen of Leland; his sons, Steve (Kendra Haugen) of Forest City and Simon (Kelli Hjelm) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Tate Mackey, Kaden and Lincoln; and his siblings, Jan and Ruth Haugen.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the VIP Lounge (705 US-69, Forest City, IA 50436).
