He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ruiter and Vera Ruiter (Gelner); and his son Charles. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ruiter of Forest City; his children, Patrick Ruiter (Merriya) of Mason City and Cindy Ruiter (Robb Lenning) of Clear Lake; his granddaughter Lilly Ruiter of Forest City; and his siblings, Jack Ruiter (Marie) of Northwood and Debb Claussen (Jeff) of Blaine, MN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and countless co-workers and friends.
