With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Goetz of Fontanelle, Iowa, who passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Peggy Goetz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Murphy and Maxell Murphy (Thompson); her husband Marvin Goetz; her children, Sharon Blachard, Kathy Peitz and Tim Thompson; and her siblings, Joann Hoffman, Karen Love, Virgil Murphy, Bob Murphy and Teddy Murphy.
She is survived by: her sons, Marty Goetz of Fontanelle and Clint Goetz (Paige) of Orient; and her sister Carolyn McCorkel of Guthrie Center. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lamb Funeral Home (510 1st St, Fontanelle, IA 50846). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Lamb Funeral Home - Fontanelle (510 1st St, Fontanelle, IA 50846).
