She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cummins and Ione Cummins Asman; her husband Lyle; and her siblings, Lois Prunty, Merle Cummins and Charles Cummins.
She is survived by: her close friend Lyle Norman Millhollin; her daughters, Denice Gienapp of Urbandale, IA, Joni Collins (Gregory) of Kansas City, MO and Suzanne Pataro of Swedesboro, NJ; her sister Patricia Wambold of Winterset, IA; her sister-in-law Betty Smith of Manhattan Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Ami Campbell (Rob) of Des Moines, IA, Justin Gienapp (Courtney) of Denver, CO, Devan Foos (Kelby) of Kansas City, MO and Cole Pataro of Swedesboro, NJ; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Paul Gienapp of Denver and Henry Jay Gienapp of Denver. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
