He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Gevock and Ruth Gevock (Goforth); his son Steve Gevock; his brother George Fried (Buddy); his brother-in-law David Miller; and also Zayden Benton Christensen.
He is survived by: his wife Deb Benton; his children, Kendra Schmidt (John), Teri Thompson (Bill), Laurence Gevock, Pat Gevock (Magille), Nick Gevock and Emilee Gevock; his sister Joanne Gagner; and also, Aaron Benton (Ann), Adam Benton and Amanda Symns (Hardie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; his wife's seven grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (213 NE Elm St, Greenfield, IA 50849). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials: May be directed to the Kenneth L. Gevock Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
