He was predeceased by: his sons-in-law, Sam Ayre and Wayne Wilson; his stepgranddaughter Jyl Zimmerline; and his stepgreat-grandson Jarrod Cline. He is survived by: his father James Ahenkora; his wife Shirley Sharpe of Fontanelle; and his daughters, Ruth Ghoja (David) of Elkmont, Betty Kibble (Kent) of Lodi and Kay Ayre of Bridge City. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
