She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Jacobs and Dorothy Jacobs (Lane); and her brother-in-law Clark Dory. She is survived by: her friend Paul Dory (Brick); her children, Eric Maynard (Janet) of Anita, IA, Herb Maynard of Port Angeles, WA and Jeannette Jorgensen (Paul) of Adair, IA; her grandchildren, Kyle Jorgensen of Anita, Zach (Morgan) of Fontanelle, Emily Maynard of Omaha, NE and Hannah Jorgensen of St. Joseph, MO; and her sister Karen Dory of Perry, IA. She is also survived by 4 great granddaughters.
Memorials: To the Emera Maynard Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
