Eileen Sorensen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2022, at the age of 88, Eileen Sorensen of Fontanelle, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eileen Sorensen to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Marckmann and Martha Marckmann (Baudler); her husband Ray; her granddaughter Allisha Candee; her brother Glen (Kelly); her sister-in-law Jean Markmann; and her sister Helen Marckmann. She was also cherished by her kids and grandkids.

The past couple of years have been very difficult for Eileen because of the pandemic keeping her family and friends from their frequent visits.

Memorials will be directed to Emmanuel Lutheran Church (Fontanelle), the Adair County Fair, or Fontanelle Fire Department.
