We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy Purdy of Fontanelle, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul and Jessie Frederick (Retland); her husband Durwood Dell Purdy of Adair County; and her siblings, Marge, Bill and Chuck.
She is survived by: her children, Roland Mark, Randall Glen, Richard Lee, Jeffrey Dell, Rollie Purdy (Earlene Baudler) of Greenfield, Randy Purdy (Marcia Menefee) of Boone, Jeff Purdy (Annette Christensen) of Polk City and Julie Guenther (Gene) of Britt; her sister Connie Townsend of Hunt, TX; and also Ronald (Helen). She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service for everyone will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
