He is survived by: his daughter Amanda McCurdy (Troy) of Atlantic; his grandchildren, Brianna, Shelbi, Jolyssa and Shawn; his children, Kaylin of Oakland, Iowa., Kaycee, Kylee of Springfield, Missouri. and Brittany Hauf (Jason); his grandchildren, Tyson and Lilly of Greenfield; his children, Cadence Firch (Darien Burnison) of Atlantic and Phoenix of Humeston, Iowa.; his wife Connie Mack (Chandler) of Greenfield; and his brother Duff (Teresa) of Blair. He is also survived by children, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
