Della Marckmann Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Della Marckmann of Fontanelle, Iowa, who passed away on October 30, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claus Mangels and Elvena Mangels (Jacobsen); her husband Clarence Marckmann; her siblings, Eldon (Virginia Mangels) and Leida (Alfred Tilk); and her nephew Gene Tilk.

She is survived by: her children, Steven, Craig (Corky) of Fontanelle, Becky McCann (Mike) of Oswego and Steve of Fontanelle; her grandchildren, Kimberly Kamis (Russ) of Orchard Park, Micheal McCann (Jennifer) of Algonquin and Boe Marckmann of Fontanelle; and her great grandchildren, Elena Kamis, Emilia Kamis, Allison McCann, Henry Kamis and Elizabeth McCann. She is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be directed to Della Marckmann memorial fund to be established by the family at a later date.
