It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Fred Grasz in Floyd, Iowa, who passed away on November 16, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Grasz and Hannah Grasz (Wilken); his wife Pearl; and his brothers, Lester Grasz, Orval Grasz (Jeanine) and Norman Grasz (Sally).
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Connie Sager (Louie Eugene) of Lawton, IA and Robert Weenink (Connie) of Sioux City, IA; his grandchildren, Chadwick Sager, Misty Weenink, Shaun Broyhill and Dustin Weenink; his great grandchild Chase Broyhill; his brother Larry Grasz (Dorothy) of Le Mars, IA; and his sister-in-law Ruth Grasz of Le Mars, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
