He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul, Mary Gollhofer and Donald DeHaan; his aunt Tammy Kunze; and his pet Rudy.

He is survived by: his parents, Doug DeHaan and Renee DeHaan (Gollhofer); and his grandmother Therese DeHaan of Hawarden, IA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
