It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Plendl (Floyd, Iowa), who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Plendl; his grandparents, Francis, Christine Schiefen, Harry "Bud" and Helen Plendl; his former wife Sharon McGill; and his great-niece Jaelynn Anderson.
He is survived by: his friend Brian Francis Plendl; his mother Cynthia Plendl (Schiefen); his son Matt McGill (Karen) of Johnston, IA; and his siblings, Brenda McVicker (Tom) of Le Mars, IA, Beverly Bandstra (Jeff) of Chesapeake, VA, Bethene Miller (Mike Mockler) of Le Mars, IA, Betty Black (Kurt) of Le Mars, IA, Belinda Eppling (Brad) of Le Mars, IA and Bradley Plendl (Nancy) of Sioux City, IA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
