We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2021, at the age of 85, Worley Sly Jr. of Floris, Iowa, born in Columbia, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Worley Otto Sly Sr. and Dora Jenny Adcock; his grandson Charlie Denham; his great grandchild Unique Padilla; and his siblings, Bill, Joe, Bert Sly, Agnes Mae and Dorothy Buck.
He is survived by: his former wife Dixie Hughes; his children, Becky Rhodes of Ottumwa, Kitty Larue (Tommy) of Ottumwa, Greg Sly of Ottumwa, Shelly Sly of Ottumwa and Shawna Lox (Kent) of Fairfield, Iowa; his former wife Dixie Sly of Ottumwa; and his nephew Jimmy Joe Buck of Sevierville, Tennessee.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to the Heartland Humane Society in Ottumwa.
