It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joshua Leon Helmick of Floris, Iowa, who passed away on December 7, 2024, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lonnie Benge and Mary Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Phillips of Keokuk and Tammy Helmick (Casey) of Norwalk, IA; his brother Dylan Helmick (Elizabeth) of Hillsboro, IA; his half-siblings, Cassi Brotherton, LaShae Brotherton and Blythe Brotherton; his nephews, Dutton, Jesse and Ryver; his niece Marijayn Helmick; his uncles, Carey Helmick, James Helmick and Dan Helmick (Allison); his aunt Amy Downing; his cousin Terry Wilfawn; and his grandparents, Judy Benge and Duane Helmick (Barb).
