He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don and Marge Swann. He is survived by: his daughters, Ryleigh Kate and Channing Anne; his wife Danielle O'Tool; his parents, Don Swann and Eloise Prough; his siblings, Javen, Neeley, Josten Swann and Destinee Vance (Nick); his niece Areli Jo; his grandparents, Rev. Ron, Karen Stein, Marlene, Tom Rosene, Paul and Connie Prough; his parents-in-law, Randy and Lisa O'Tool; and his brother-in-law Ryan O'Tool. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left in Nate's honor to be used for his daughters' future education.
