He was predeceased by: his parents, Mort Haugen and Evelyn Haugen (Wescott); his daughter Jo Ellen Haugen; his siblings-in-law, Ray and Minnie Allen; and his brothers, David and Dennis Haugen.
He is survived by: his child DeeAnn; his wife Carol Haugen; his children, Allen Haugen, Matthew Haugen (Cassandra), Timothy Haugen and Dee Ann Monsen (Tom); his grandchildren, Darcy Lackore (Adam) and Stacy McKibben (Chris); his son Tom Haugen (Teresa); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Thayer, Audrey and Ellenie Haugen; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Haugen, Dr. Alys Haugen, Dallas Allen (Gladys), Dale Allen, Lester Allen (Berdean), Lowell Allen (Irene) and Audrey Rice (Earl). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Fertile Church of Christ.
