With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Uthof (Fenton, Iowa), who passed away on November 7, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Andrew Cantu; and his siblings, Edwin Uthof, Donald Uthof, DeWayne Uthof and Salome Flint.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Uthof; his children, Rodney Uthof (Joan) of Bancroft and Cheryl Wichtendahl (Steve) of Guthrie Center; his grandchildren, Susan Orth (Kristofer) of Ankeny, Stephany Plathe (Chuck) of Lone Rock, Samantha Friederes (Mike) of Algona, Aime Jo Wichtendahl of Hiawatha and Sara Wichtendahl (Shawn McGuire) of North Ridgeville, OH; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Aiden Orth, Hailey, Dalton, Isaiah, Samuel Plathe, Ethan Uthof, Ashley, Evan Cantu, Steven P. Wichtendahl, Brenden and Flynn McGuire; and his great great grandchildren, Easton and Weston Meyers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Legion Post or St. John's Lutheran Church in Fenton.
