He was predeceased by: his father Bernard "Bud" Miller; his brother Ryan Miller; his nephew Alan Miller; his parents-in-law, Melvin "Punk" and Anita Theisen; and his stepfather Edward Miller.
He is survived by: his mother JoElla Miller (Culbertson) of Algona; his wife Marcia Marie Theisen; his daughter Michelle Bredlow (Derek) of Urbandale; his grandchildren, Alana and Haddie; his daughter Heather Green (Roy) of Windsor Heights; his grandchild Remy; his daughter Ashley Carlson (Kai) of Urbandale; his grandchild Camden; his brothers, Gene Miller (Teri) of Fenton, Lynn Miller (Myra) of Algona and Gary Miller (Sarah) of Algona; his siblings-in-law, Holly Miller of Monroe and Craig Theisen (Sally) of Unionville, MO; his nieces and nephews, Karl, Karyn, Andrew, Scot, Alicia, Jen, David, Erin, Megan, Brandon and Travis; and his honorary Millers Kent and Pam Madison.
