He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Pollow; his children, Michelle Lamphier of Waverly, Jennifer Bockhaus (Dennis) of Nora Springs and Michael of Cedar Rapids; his grandsons, Tony Bockhaus and Ben Kwapnioski of Omaha, NE; and his sisters, Bonnie Kline of Oelwein, Mabel Garcia (Frank) of Oelwein, Carol Niles (Steve) of Fayette and Becky Ingersoll (Bruce) of Fayette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
