We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2019, at the age of 81, Bonnie Schmalle (Fayette, Iowa), born in Joice, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Cunningham and Margaret Cunningham; her children, Verlynn Schmalle (Anne) of Minneapolis, MN., Margaret Schmalle (Pat McArtor) of Iowa City and Marlys Franzen of Hawkeye; her grandchildren, Angela Bohle, Greta Backman (Dan), Andie Davis (Curtis), Kayla Schmalle, Kimberley Kallis and Gabriel Caballero; her sister Myrna Langerud of Des Moines; and her sister-in-law Beulah Schmalle of Belmond. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
