With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harley Owen (Farragut, Iowa), born in Hamburg, Iowa, who passed away on October 15, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Martin and Grace Fern Owen (Stephens); his siblings, Forest "Boots" Owen, Donald Owen, Robert and Sharon; and his siblings-in-law, Merrill Lang, Cynthia Owen and Esther Owen.

He is survived by: his wife Geri Owen of Farragut, IA; his sons, Jeffery Owen (Janet) of Lenox, IA and Rodney Owen (Leigh Ann) of Shell Knob, MO; his stepchildren, Lisa Turner (Ken) of Farragut, IA, Pete Casey (Dawn) of Riverton, IA and Dennis Casey of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Richard Owen of Hamburg, IA, J. D. Owen of Hamburg, IA, Jane Lang of Riverton, IA and Larry Owen (Joy) of Nebraska City, NE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
