She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Gantz and Delores Gantz (Boyd). She is survived by: her husband Larry Breitenstein; her children, Shawn Perkins (Ken) of Bonaparte, Rhonda Jordan (Bill) of Donnellson, Iowa and Darin Breitenstein (Casey) of Farmington, Iowa; her grandchildren, Brittany McClure, Billy Perkins, Spencer Breitenstein, Richard Jordan, Kaitlin Jordan, Adrian Breitenstein and Sara Breitenstein; her great grandchildren, Landen Jones, Logan McClure, Cameron McClure, Weston McClure, Xander Breitenstein, Ryder Breitenstein, Lane Breitenstein and Sailor Breitenstein; and her sisters, Valerie Schwartz and Terrie Hawke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in her memory.
