It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blaine Dean Martin of Farmington, Iowa, born in Fort Madison, Iowa, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eathen Martin and Linda Martin (Lamborn). He is survived by: his children, Eathen Martin and Johni Martin; and his siblings, Ken Martin (Anne) and Beth Vineyard (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

A memorial has been established in his memory.
