It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivan Lee Meisner Garnavillo Iowa (Farmersburg, Iowa), who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Meisner and Selma Friederich Meisner; his sons, Randy and Rodney; his siblings, Lawrence Lerch and Elva Mae Larson; and his siblings-in-law, Eldon Shaw, Mervin Larson and Barbara Lerch.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Hoffman; his children, Becky and Rick; his grandchildren, Sara Meisner (Jacob Nehl) and Peyton Meisner; his siblings, George Lerch, Lyle Meisner (Chris), Glen Meisner (Kathy) and Dorthy Shaw (Clint Frana); his sisters-in-law, Edith Seitz (Lerch) and Joyce Cummings (Craig); and his friends, Alan Feldman, Ron and Mary Ann Gottschalk. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
