Koopmann of Farley, Iowa, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Skahill and Eleanor Skahill (Gotto); her husband Daniel J. Koopmann; her grandson Brock Charles Lewey; and her siblings-in-law, Sister Shawn Marie Koopmann and James Kean.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ploessl (William) of Durango, Jill Bell (Bill) of Farley, Brian Koopmann (Deb) of Gretna, NE, Douglas Koopmann (Karen) of Peosta, Dana George (Ted) of Dubuque, Sarah Hollenback (Ron) of Farley and Barry Koopmann (Lindsay) of Golden Valley, MN; her grandchildren, Lauren Strother (Lorenza), Collin Lewey (Megan), Jeffrey Ploessl, Shane Bell (Lisa), Vanessa Kloser (Eric), Erica Hansen (Alex), Miranda Skrtich (Wyatt), Damon Koopmann (Logan), Peyton, Avery Koopmann, Leah, Maya, Olivia George, Andrew Hollenback, Emma Hollenback-Betts (Nathan), Frances, Sadie, Samuel Koopmann, Charlotte and Alexandra Koopmann; her siblings, Timothy Skahill of Des Moines, Janice Timmerman (Steve) of Lake Geneva, WI, Steven Skahill (Marilyn) of East Dubuque, IL and William Skahill of Peosta; and her siblings-in-law, Margie Skahill of Des Moines, Kathy Kean of Epworth, Lois Kramer (Jerome) of Dyersville, Patrick Koopmann (Deanna) of Dubuque, Gerald Koopmann (Joann) of Epworth, Ambrose Koopmann (Marlene) of Epworth, Thomas Koopmann (Helen) of Epworth, Fred Koopmann of Bennett, IA. and Steve Koopmann of Bennett, IA.. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
