He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Ahmann and Marie Ahmann (Soppe); his granddaughter Ellie Ahmann; his son-in-law John Flury; his siblings, Jim Ahmann (Shirley), Kay Boge (Ken), John Ahmann and Joan Ahmann; and also, Joe Link, Dallas Dolphin, Reece Shaw, Ann Weber, Bill Weber, Jack Duggan and Jeanie Duggan.
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Hubanks (Larry) of Epworth, Bill Ahmann (Barb) of Naples, FL, Mary Lou Flury of Epworth, Joe Ahmann (Donna) of Cedar Rapids, Barb Nauman (Bill) of Farley, Tom Ahmann (Kelly) of Marion, Anne Ahmann, Mike Ahmann and Matt Ahmann (Angie) of Epworth; his sisters, Ann Shaw of Dubuque, Nancy Dolphin of Farley and Mary Jane Ahmann of Dubuque; and also, Mae Elgin of Dyersville, Don Duggan of Dubuque and Bill Duggan (Jane) of Dubuque. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
