He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Pearson and Ellen T. Pearson (Tedrow); his brothers, Kenneth Pearson and Raymond Pearson; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Navin, Darrell Hanks, Susan Samuelson and Jane Ann Stephenson.
He is survived by: his wife Dona Pearson of Fairfield; his son Charles Pearson of Fairfield; his siblings, Marjorie Navin of Des Moines, Virginia Hanks of New London, Constance Pearson of Loves Park, Melvin Pearson (Bonnie) of Des Moines and Glenn Pearson (Luis) of Hollywood, Florida; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Samuelson of Fairfield and Rick Stephenson of Tucum Cari. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
