He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Deane Harlan and Nola Harlan (Headley); his wife Andrea Keller; his children, Max Harlan (Billie Jo) of Stockport and Erika Harlan-Jenkins (Zach) of Troy, Kansas; his grandchildren, Cody, Erin, Peyton Harlan, Cord and Steele Windmeyer; and his siblings, Naomi Beckman (Rodney) of Keosauqua, Claudia Ternes (Thomas) of Mt. Vernon, Iowa, Philip Harlan of Farmington and Noel Harlan (Carol) of Keosauqua.
