He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dean Harlan and Nola Harlan (Headley); his wife Andrea Keller; his children, Max Harlan (Billie Jo) of Stockport and Erika Harlan-Jenkins (Zach) of Troy, Kansas; his grandchildren, Cody, Erin, Peyton Harlan, Cord and Steele Windmeyer; and his siblings, Naomi Beckman (Rodney) of Keosauqua, Claudia Ternes (Thomas) of Mt. Vernon, Iowa, Philip Harlan of Farmington and Noel Harlan (Carol) of Keosauqua.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Behner Funeral Home & Crematory (203 S Main St, Fairfield, IA 52556). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
