It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shauna Kay Ellis of Fairfield, Iowa, who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Clayton Moore Haynes. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Ellis and Pauline Ellis Sr. (Holmes) of Fairfield; her daughter Caley Haynes of Fairfield; and her brothers, Donnie Ellis Jr. of Fairfield and Tommy Ellis (Lisa) of Fairfield. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family and mailed to Pauline Ellis, 703 West Harrison, Fairfield, Iowa 52556.
