He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Johnson (Angstead) of Mesa, AZ; his daughters, Jennifer Hastings (Scott) of Washington and Terri Van-Deuren (Dustin Boone) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Sydney Hastings, Richard Hastings, Elizabeth Van-Deuren and Thomas Van-Deuren; and his brothers, Michael Wayne Johnson of Citrus Heights, CA and David Bryan Johnson of Chatham, IL..
