He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Franklin and Merle Clark Franklin; his daughter Reesa; his brothers, Terry, Gordon, Dale, Donnie and Ronnie; and his son-in-law Timmy Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Robben Franklin (Lori Ann) of Eldon, IA., Rex Franklin (Lori) of Eldon, IA. and Rachel Hickenbottom (Ryan) of Eldon, IA.; his sisters, Becky Lirette of Alaska and Raejean Bonham of Alaska; and his close friends, Tana Crane and Debb Murphy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Roger's honor may be directed to the Old Iron Show or to the Iowaville Cemetery Association.
