We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Rita Ann Peck of Fairfield, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Stallman and Elsie Frimmel Stallman; her son Roger Peck; and her son-in-law Rex Tarrence. She is survived by: her children, Bill Peck of Skiatook, OK, Pat Tarrence of Fairfield, IA, Deb Taylor (Richard) of Fairfield, IA and Randy Peck (Shani) of Litchfield, MN; her sisters, Celestine Duncalf of Cedar Rapids, IA, Doris Ballard (Ed) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Bea Stallman (late John) of East Moline, IL; and her daughter-in-law Diana Peck. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, as well as many extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cranston Family Funeral Home - Fairfield (2805 W Burlington Ave, Fairfield, IA 52556). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fell Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Rita's honor may be directed to Hospice Compassus of Washington or to the Fell Cemetery Association and mailed c/o Cranston Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 189, Fairfield, IA 52556.
