He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Hatch and Ellen Hatch (Stanley); his wife Shirley A. McVey; his siblings, William Hatch, Jean Myers and Betty Fox; and his great grandchild Lani Fremon.
He is survived by: his daughter Jill Chaplin (Monty) of Milton; his grandchildren, Eric Chaplin and Cheri Fremon (Jason) of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Cale, Lane, Maddie and Gage Fremon.
