She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Fishel and Marguerite Fishel (Linnell); her former husband Harold D. Oosthoek; her siblings, Marie Baker and John Fishel; her brothers-in-law, James Rowland and Kenneth Baker; and her son-in-law Dan Watson.
She is survived by: her husband Dean; her children, Debra Foreman (Richard) of Birmingham and Terry Oosthoek (Betty) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her grandchildren, Nicholas Wilburn (Casey), Travis Oosthoek and Tara Oosthoek; her great grandchildren, Caitlin Crutsinger, Landon Wilburn, Braxton Wilburn, Mason Wilburn, Teegen Oosthoek and Tyler Oosthoek; and her sisters, Lesta Rowland of Knoxville and Miriam Thompson of Winston Salem.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairfield Foursquare Church Youth or the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
