Margaret C. Curtis Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret C. Curtis (Fairfield, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 5, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Florine Roslin Moyer Courtney and Alfred Lee Courtney; her daughter Loretta Lynn; her nephew Jimmy Courtney; and her significant other Carolyn Millard.

She is survived by: her children, Lorna Leigh Curtis, Lonnie Summers (Eric Cuellar) and Ray Curtis Jr. (Rochelle Engle); her grandchildren, Lisa Vannoy, Alec Summers (Beth), Shelby Curtis (Eric Paske), Skyler Cuellar, Lucian Curtis and Kylie Cuellar (Jairo Oyuela); her great grandchildren, Draven Rains and Amara Oyuela; her brother Jon Lee Courtney; her sister-in-law Linda Courtney; and her nephew Jon Lee Courtney Jr..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Paws in Ft Madison in her honor, continuing her lifelong mission of love and care.
