He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayle Waugh and Pearl Waugh (Coffin); his grandchildren, Shelby Larson and Gene Hulscher; his brothers, Roger and Dennis Waugh; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Waugh, Van Meek and Tom Keeley.
He is survived by: his former wife Bettye Coffin; his children, Lisa Hulscher of Van Meter, IA, Gayle Larson (Tad) of Council Grove, KS and Barry Waugh (Kara) of Fairfield; his stepchildren, Miles Sheldon Coffin (Leslie) and Julie Coffin Smith (James); his stepgrandchildren, Grant, Claire, Joseph Hulscher, Ty, Cheynne Larson, Kerrick Waugh, Joey, Jason Coffin, Gavin, Gillian and Grace Smith; his siblings, Jim Waugh of Libertyville, Bill Waugh (Connie) of Libertyville, Donald Waugh (Janice) of Midland, MI, Janet Meek of Birmingham, Linda Keeley of Fairfield, Kenny Waugh (Elaine) of Lexington, NC, Bob Waugh (Diane) of Libertyville, Ruth Martin (Larry) of Libertyville and Darrell Waugh (Jane) of Hedrick; and his sister-in-law Mary Waugh of Des Moines. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
