He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Bush and Marie Bush (Simmons); and his brother Donald Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his daughters, Jolaine Coop (Steve), Colleen Carlson (Jim), Chris Bright (Paul), Karla Rebling (Russell) and Terri Smith (Randy); and his sisters, Georgia Souza (Melvin) and Karen Hale (Larry). He is also survived by 5 daughters, 16 grandchildren, as well as 22 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Antioch Cemetery Assn. and the Fairfield Lion's Club.
