He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Webber and Ona Crawford Webber; his wife Leticia Webber; his former wife Alberta Webber; his daughters, Karmen Webber, Karlene McPherson and Karla Webber Moser; his stepson Jeff Burkhalter; and his brothers, Wayne Webber and Robert Webber.
He is survived by: his children, Krista Hartman (Larry) of Burlington, IA and Keith Wesley Webber of Stockport, IA; his stepchildren, Kerry Garmoe, Gwen Hoskins, Beverly Runyon and Brent Burkhalter; and his grandchildren, Adam, Justina, Nick, Jordan, Cort, Kaleb, Kyle and Kollin. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
