He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. and Mary J. Blain (Arganbright); and his siblings, Donna Sue Blain and Jerry Lee Blain. He is survived by: his friend Joe; and his half-siblings, Theresa Blain of California and Mark Blain of Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved friends.
