He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard B. Hemrich and Lorena Hemrich (Blonigan); his siblings, Kay, Adeline, Mary Lou, Joe, Everett and Ronny; and his grandson Kyle.
He is survived by: his wife Karin Jacobi; his children, Carla Longerbeam (Terry) of Fairfield, Diane Rugh (Mike) of Snohomish, WA, Callen Hemrich (Annette) of Brooklyn Park, MN and Dawn MacLennan (Dusty) of Mechanicsville, IA; his grandchildren, Jessica Anderson, J. J. Longerbeam, Bethany Hemrich, Calianne Wells (David), Rachel Schneider (Bill), Ben Witz, Evelyn MacLennan and Tanner Mills; and his sisters, Dody Elwood (Bernie) of Crestview, FL and Mildred Hatten of Haverhill, MA. He is also survived by cousins, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
