Phillips of Fairfield, Iowa, born in Keosauqua, Iowa, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Phillips and Donna Phillips (McClure); his children, Allen Phillips (Ashley) of Colfax and Desire Phillips of Pella, Iowa; and his siblings, Debbie McClure of Ottumwa, Janet Edwards of Ottumwa, Teresa Colasuonno of McDonough, Georgia., Crystal Cline, Gary Hoover and Steve Phillips.
