It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Hunt (Fairfield, Iowa), who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Hunt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Hunt and Thomas Hunt of Fairfield, Iowa.; his son Brian Patrick Hunt; and his grandson Kendall Sailler Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bush (Sandy); his siblings, Patti Hunt (Merle Haney), Bob Hunt (Maureen), Dick Hunt (Debbie), Joe Hunt (Jane) and Nancy Hunt (John Fleming); and his friend Lou Thoma (Barb). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Because of worsening Alzheimer's, Jim and Sandy moved to Sun City Center, Fla., in 2014, and they were embraced by a lovely circle of friends and caretakers.
