He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Allerdice and Violet Allerdice (Engwall); his daughter Salena Allerdice; his sisters, Norma Allerdice and Doris Harder; his granddaughter Lindsay Stagers; and his son-in-law James Stagers.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Fry (Peck); his children, Becky Stagers of Bettendorf, Connie Baxter (Chris) of Carthage, TN, Diane VanWinkle (John) of Fairfield, Greg Fry (Lori) of Fairfield and Bobbette Buch (Tim) of Pella; and his grandchildren, Amanda Creighton, Allison Martin, Stephanie Dunn, Jenny Baxter, Josh VanWinkle, Nathan VanWinkle, Amy VanWinkle, Tara Braithwaite, Ashley Johnson, Danielle Hill, Brittney Tiller, Colton Fry and Dillon Fry. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Fairfield Little League or Shriners Children Hospital.
